LG KG920: 5MP cameraphone

by Jayvee on October 6th, 2006

I’m a sucker for technology. So when LG quietly released their KG920 mobile phone, i was at awe at how far they’ve gone with the megapixel count.

So 3.2MP is not enough as it seems. LG went as far as kicking up the KG920 to 5MP telling consumers that they’re really in the phone technology business.

Are consumers REALLY in the market for higher megapixel phones?

3 opinions for LG KG920: 5MP cameraphone

I think for “kitchen-sink” models to really become successful, all their features should work well, instead of going for the “jack-of-all-trades, master of none” philosophy.

Thus, I think consumers would like to have a 5mp integrated into their phones, but only if it adds relatively little to the device’s final price.

LG KG920 mobile phone is a masterpiece, have good camera, nice features but keypad is not easy to use. Overall satisfactory but slightly overpriced……

    DONT BUY THIS PATHETIC PHONE.
    1) it does not work in vista and there are no drivers or firmware updates for it.
    2) Support persons are completely useless
    3) Phone wont let u use its internal memory. Only the external memory.
    4) Still a long way to go for LG to make a really usable and user friendly phone.
