Gadget detox?
Textually had an entry about how small digital screens can contribute to visual fatigue. No secret here. Anybody knows that staring into a computer screen hours upon hours will cause some strain in the noggin.

That’s why it would be nice every now and then (preferably on a Sunday) to take a break from your mobile gadgets and detoxify the digital life. Some suggestions would include:
- Leaving your mobile phone at home or turning it off on a Sunday
- Staying away from your computer - from emails, from blogging, from surfing for one day
- Put down the eBook and pick up a real book
- Sleep
- Treat yourself to a nice dinner and watch live theatre (not movies)
