FlashBack Friday: Samsung u70 and Today’s Innovations

Exactly a year ago, Samsung was working on releasing a mobile phone - the Samsung u740 that featured a dual-type keypad that exploited both numerical and QWERTY keypad in one sitting. A year later, Samsung took a different direction and offered dual SIMS in one phone, widgetized user interfaces, and even outsourcing a competitor’s operating system to come up with one of the most kick ass music mobile phones this year.

Isn’t it funny how the times are a changin? :)
It’s kinda cool to look back at what people thought they’d have or where they thought the world would be at. Speaking of which, where’s my flying car?

ive recently switched to samsung after years of using nokia and SE. the interface is refreshing. i just miss the capability of using themes in nokia.
