Elegantly Curved: Sony Ericsson S500i

The Sony Ericsson S500i is one of the newer models of midrange SE phones released in Asia. One of the peculiarly eccentric things to note about the phone’s real estate is the small “tail” that protrudes from the phone’s design adding a touch of subtle elegance.

The phone comes with a small 12MB of internal memory, supporting MM2 expansion. No surprise here. Bluetooth and EDGE connectivity are two of the main features allowing A2DP support for Bluetooth headsets, but on the downside no support for 3G networks. In this light, the S500i comes with one 2MP camera with bundled software for photo blogging.

You can browse the Internet via the EDGE network and built in browser as well as read RSS feeds with a proprietary application.

The S500i is available in two colors, Mysterious Green and Spring Yellow.
